1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Plan mobile application ("Application") provided by Inan Ilik Ilik ("Service Provider") as a freemium service. By downloading or using the Application you agree to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

Copying, modifying or reverse‑engineering the Application or its trademarks is prohibited. All intellectual‑property rights remain with the Service Provider.

3. Modifications & Charges

The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time, with prior notice of any fees.

4. Personal Data & Security

The Application stores and processes the personal data you provide. Keep your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting is discouraged as it may compromise security and the correct operation of the App.

5. Third‑Party Services

The Application integrates third‑party services that have their own terms. See the list below:

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you create or share. Do not post illegal content or infringe third‑party rights.

7. Events & Risk

Participation in events organised through the Application is at your own risk. The Service Provider only connects users and does not guarantee safety.

8. Connectivity & Data Charges

Some functions require an internet connection. Charges from your network provider (including roaming) are your responsibility.

9. Device Responsibility

You must keep your device charged. The Service Provider is not liable if a lack of battery prevents access to the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Information accuracy depends on third‑party data. The Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on the Application.

11. Updates & Termination

System‑requirements may change. You agree to install updates. The Service Provider may stop providing the Application and terminate these terms at any time. On termination you must stop using and delete the Application.

12. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here; review regularly.

13. Effective Date

These Terms are effective from 26‑05‑2025.

Términos y Condiciones

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Estos términos y condiciones se aplican a la aplicación móvil Plan ("Aplicación") ofrecida por Inan Ilik Ilik ("Proveedor del Servicio") como servicio freemium. Al descargar o usar la Aplicación aceptas estos términos.

2. Propiedad Intelectual y Restricciones

Queda prohibido copiar, modificar o realizar ingeniería inversa de la Aplicación o sus marcas. Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual pertenecen al Proveedor del Servicio.

3. Modificaciones y Cargos

El Proveedor del Servicio puede modificar la Aplicación o cobrar por sus servicios en cualquier momento, comunicando previamente cualquier tarifa.

4. Datos Personales y Seguridad

La Aplicación almacena y procesa los datos personales que facilitas. Mantén tu dispositivo seguro. Se desaconseja hacer jailbreak o root porque puede comprometer la seguridad y el funcionamiento de la App.

La Aplicación integra servicios de terceros con sus propios términos. Consulta la siguiente lista:

Eres responsable del contenido que crees o compartas. No publiques información ilegal ni que infrinja derechos de terceros.

7. Eventos y Riesgo

La participación en eventos organizados mediante la Aplicación se realiza bajo tu propio riesgo. El Proveedor del Servicio solo conecta usuarios y no garantiza la seguridad.

8. Conectividad y Cargos de Datos

Algunas funciones requieren conexión a Internet. Los cargos de tu operador (incluido el roaming) son tu responsabilidad.

9. Responsabilidad del Dispositivo

Debes mantener tu dispositivo cargado. El Proveedor del Servicio no se hace responsable si una falta de batería impide el acceso al Servicio.

10. Exclusión de Responsabilidad

La exactitud de la información depende de datos de terceros. El Proveedor del Servicio no se hace responsable de pérdidas directas o indirectas derivadas de la dependencia del usuario en la Aplicación.

11. Actualizaciones y Terminación

Los requisitos del sistema pueden cambiar. Aceptas instalar actualizaciones. El Proveedor del Servicio puede dejar de ofrecer la Aplicación y terminar estos términos en cualquier momento. Al terminar debes dejar de usar y eliminar la Aplicación.

12. Cambios en los Términos

El Proveedor del Servicio puede actualizar estos Términos. Los cambios importantes se publicarán aquí; revísalos periódicamente.

13. Fecha de Vigencia

Estos Términos están vigentes desde el 26‑05‑2025.
